- Provide your order number and reason for the refund
- Allow our support team to attempt to resolve any technical issues
- If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund will be processed

The following items are non-refundable:

- Accidental purchases
- Products that have been used or activated

4. Payment Method Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase:

For cryptocurrency transactions:
- Incorrect wallet addresses or amounts may result in lost funds
